Greytown School Friends Form 2024
Please fill in the form if you wish your child to have friends photos taken on Monday the 9th of September. Please note that everyone photographed and their families, will be able to see the photographs online, but will not be open to the general public and will appear in a seperate gallery.
Also please download and PRINT the form filled out here for your child to bring to us as proof of eligibility.
Maybe ask your children to let the other pupils know we need permission slips filled out. Pupils will not be photographed without the submitted form and printout below.
